Staff, Product Manager
About the team
Our team collaborates with Walmart International to provide a seamless experience to suppliers and sourcing associates of Walmart. The team is cross functional and cross geographic, comprising of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers and Team managers.
What you’ll do
Evolve and drive the product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap ​
Proactively partner with peers and senior stakeholders to set the future direction of the product as part of the wider business strategy ​
Understand key user personas, customers & stakeholders for the product and their pain points​
Accountable for the performance/ adoption of the product and work towards achieving the Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs)​
Prioritize work and decisively resolve trade-offs with peers and senior leaders ​
Effectively document and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories with acceptance criteria and help the team in breaking down complex work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value that can be delivered faster. ​
Steer sprint/ release planning sessions by working with the engineering counterparts to plan sprints/ releases that deliver maximum business value in least effort ​
Drive the acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with product teams and engineering stakeholders ​
Prioritize coordinate and communicate the resolution of live product issues independently​
Provide leadership and direction to cross functional team (s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities ​
Provide leadership and direction to his direct reports and shape the individuals, help in their professional development

7+ years of experience in product management

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
