What you’ll do…
The Walmart
Fraud Strategy team
is looking for an
individual contributor who is
excited
about
building, enhancing, and delivering next generation fraud solutions for our rapidly expanding Marketplace channel.
The
Senior Product Manager
will represent the Fraud Strategy team
and collaborate with business,
risk,
operations, and engineering teams
to build, evaluate, and execute on business cases
supporting
investment decisions in
fraud initiatives, specific to ensuring the healthy growth of our Marketplace program. They will ensure the success of our fraud prevention efforts within this space with a particular focus on connecting fraudulent activity across both buyer and seller accounts. The ultimate goal is to reduce
fraud
losses,
while ensuring enhanced security for both buyer and seller. This is an IC role; this position will not supervise associates at this time.
You’ll
make an impact by…
Evangelizing the fraud prevention vision and strategy with internal stakeholders
Synthesizing
fraud
events and incidents to surface vulnerabilities; analyze and visualize large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process.
Root cause analysis to uncover digital security weakness/vulnerabilities
Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch
new ideas.
Collaborating
with internal business, engineering, data scientist teams and external partners
to drive and execute on roadmap prioritization.
Coordinating post-launch activities to
validate
that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback.
Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.
Communicating with precision, economy of expression and an innate ability to reduce complexity.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Walmart’s Marketplace program, growing business initiatives, and key metrics.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
