What to Expect

Experienced Tool & Die Specialist with advanced skills in injection molding, precision machining, and tool maintenance. Responsible for managing and optimizing molds and dies throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, repair, and enhancement.

What You’ll Do

Operate and troubleshoot production molds and dies, addressing alarms and breakdowns to minimize downtime

Implement and refine preventive maintenance (PM) documents and schedules as directed

Execute major repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls on molds and dies

Organize and coordinate shift and weekend operations to ensure uninterrupted production

Develop and update PM procedures and maintenance protocols for all equipment

Support cross-functional teams and execute additional technical tasks as required

Design, fabricate, and document modifications and improvements to tools and dies

What You’ll Bring

Completed Tool & Die Apprenticeship or equivalent on-the-job training

2+ years of hands-on experience with injection molding tools, stamping dies, or high-pressure die casting systems

Advanced proficiency in precision machining, grinding, milling, lathe operations, and welding

Expertise in die building, die casting, extrusion, molding, and hydraulic system repair

Skilled in nitro cylinder repair and comprehensive tool maintenance

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

Competent in using Microsoft Office and email applications for technical documentation
