As the Collision Center Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience, shop capacity targets, estimates and final quality at our OEM owned Collision repair center.This position requires a strong understanding of Collision shop business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You must be a strong tactical problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals and objectives.What You’ll DoWork closely with Collision Manager to oversee all daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure delivery of excellent results quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financialsManage resource scheduling and allocationManage customer experience along with estimates and file qualityProvide regular coaching and feedback and have a deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities. You will be responsible for leading change and inspiring your team every dayProvide effective daily communication in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals. Communicate to employees all issues that affect the service center and overall service organizationPartner with the Collision Manager to scale and grow the production of the shop in support of company targets. Perform other related duties as assigned by Collision Manager Responsible for selecting team members and ensuring they receive the required training. Conduct regularly scheduled one on one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional development and leveling in Chare your career. Monitor training needs/requirements of the team and individuals and coordinate training as required in partnership with training team resourcesWhat You’ll Bring Professional experience: 5-8 years of experience in management within the collision industry Solution oriented, demonstrating a high ability to identify root cause of problems and develop solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire team to achieve business targets as well as the ability to follow instructions Capable of self-managing and working independently in limited supervision environments as well as reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures and estimates Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the collision repair of vehicles. Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of repair estimates Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings weekends and holidaysValid Driver’s License Preferred
