The pay range is $89,700.00 – $161,500.00

Working within theLoyalty team, you’ll create and champion impactful marketing plans that drive guest engagement and business outcomes while building the Circle brand to achieve program and enterprise goals. This work will center on delivering a seamlessly integrated experience; working cross functionally with marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives to life across all guest experience touchpoints. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards common outcomes.

As Sr. Marketing Manager,Loyalty you will leverage your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to deliver guest marketing strategy, investment, and marketing-driven business outcomes. This role requires strong organization, strategic thinking skills, and enterprise leadership. Your keen understanding of our guests and business objectives, informed by quantitative and qualitative data, will help shape how we demonstrate the value of our loyalty offering.On any given day, you will simultaneously be ideating, planning, and executing several strategies of varying scale, drafting briefs, driving timelines, budget, and keeping working teams connected. Your role requires you to lean on your strong relationship skills to bring multiple cross-functional teams together to champion your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your knowledge of the Target Circle program, our guests, and our strategic and financial goals to build effective marketing strategies for our unique offers, promotions, and activations.

Use performance data, guest insights, and key learnings to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for enabling program growth

Orchestrate quarterly and annual planning, as well as in-season connections.

Cultivate strong partnerships and effectively collaborate to drive outcomes with enterprise teams across Marketing and Digital, Merchandising, Finance, and other cross-functional partners

Represent Target Circle with key external and internal business partners while ensuring senior leader alignment on key deliverables

Manage several projects across multiple teams simultaneously that will vary in scope, complexity, and delivery timelines

Responsibilities may also include key strategic initiatives, portfolio investment, and driving in-season responsiveness

About you:

4-year degree or equivalent work experience

8+ years of related work experience, preferably within loyalty or product marketing

Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategy and seamless execution instrumental to enterprise success

Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems, while keeping them informed, engaged and involved along the way

Ability to write a compelling marketing strategy brief and assess work against adefined strategy

Strong analytical and financial acumen demonstrated by the ability to translateand drive strategies forward that areconsistent with enterprise and guest goals

Drive to deeply understand guest needs, guest behavior, and the business, as well as an ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize that data into a compelling narrative

Demonstrated curiosity and passion for leading through ambiguity to solve complex challenges

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
