A role with Target Store Experience Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on Store Experience Marketing’s activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you’ll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you proactively drive the end-to-end marketing process to ensure accurate and timely production and delivery for all store experience marketing deliverables.
The Sr. Manager – SEM Project Managementwill work cross functionally to optimize processes, drive standardization and maximize efficiency with cross functional teams and partners to the ISM/SEM process. You’ll get to execute strategies that positively impact the store experience for an assigned business area through development and driving holistic project plans, connecting partners, and optimizing processes and tools. This role will lead a team of SEM Project Managers to govern and execute various SEM initiatives by developing complex project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional teams are meeting deadlines. About you:
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
10-12 years of Project Management and/or Store experience
At least 2 years in a people leadership role
Strong team leadership and ability to engage and inspire others
Proven experience in project management: high performing results managing and executing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive operational excellence and influence partners
Excellent communication, negotiation – ability to have a healthy debate, and time management skills
Collaborative team player, ability to co-create with passion
Ability to demonstrate courage, think critically, and drive for results
