The pay range is $89,700.00 – $161,500.00

As a Lead Program Manager HVAC Capital, on the HVAC Operations team you will be critical to achieving the goals, processes and strategies of strategic asset programs.
The person in this role will:
Be a strategic project manager of the HVAC asset holistic capital replacement programs including special projects, reactive and proactive capital processes while maintaining and communicating asset replacement process. Awareness of industry and competitor activities to ensure that we remain strategic and effective.
Serve as a leader to our end-of-life installation vendors showcasing project management prowess and using your skills and experiences to develop criteria and scope of work evaluation and overall project execution efficacy.
Excel as a connector building cross functional relationships with internal and external partners by partnering closely with Properties teams and communicating with other Program Managers, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and Vendor partners.
Deliver as an innovator on key special projects that will drive efficiencies and financial savings while playing a critical role in support, testing, evaluation, and providing feedback on your Asset to ensure longevity and operations.
Showcase communication mastery and financial accountability as you monitor and manage a large capital budget within financial guidelines, you will proactively communicate key financial trends and risks associated with budgets to partners and Target Properties leadership.
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
7+ years relevant experience with a continuous learner approach
Proven experience managing projects, leading vendors and meeting deadlines
Strong analytical and financial management experience to confidently manage a large capital budget processes, routines and analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience making presentations to leaders, vendors and execution partners focused on the right details
Strong interpersonal skills, can develop strong relationships with team members at all levels throughout the organization and particularly with key execution vendors
Experience in HVAC, Engineering, or Property Management preferred not required
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
