The pay range is $69,000.00 – $124,200.00

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you’ll oversee the financial performance of Fulfillment Centers across the country. You will be responsible for the ongoing support to the Group Vice President and all Senior Site Directors within the region. You will play a critical role in Target’s transformation ensuring financial viability as we evolve to a faster and more efficient Supply Chain model to support our continued growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – West Region Controller in GSCL Finance, you’ll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights into their performance. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
About you:
4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
Natural curiosity to ask questions and look within the data for outliers and connections to improve upon existing tools and processes
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Advanced excel and financial modeling skills preferred
Travel up to 15% of the time
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
