The pay range is $69,000.00 – $124,200.00

The Marketing Manager of Design Partnerships ladders into the Creative Collaborations team in Marketing. The Design Partnerships team creates, develops, and executes limited time only partnerships across the company that involve product co-creation and marketing. They champion and uphold the vision of the partnership throughout the process with an enterprise view and influence all partners to create an innovative and curated guest experience and reach business and project goals.
As a Manager of Design Partnerships, you are responsible for leading enterprise-wide limited-time design partnerships end to end, across large scale teams. You are the key lead for the external design partner and total company, setting the strategy and driving the project and multi-channel campaign to executional success.
Your experience in building and nurturing trusted partnerships and collaboration will rally internal and external teams of up to 100+ across all business functions and agencies. You are the conductor on projects lasting 1-2 years, influencing a vast range of partners, and driving teams to challenge the status quo to stay ahead of the competition and create the best guest experience.
You are energized and committed to establishing and protecting the strategic vision of the partnership and in the details to enable forward thinking, navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and leading with optimism and clarity. You will also set and lead the brand and marketing strategy for the project, continuously collaborating with all marketing channels and agencies to create a media and marketing plan that delivers relevant, compelling and breakthrough work. Accountable for helping create, drive, implement, and execute the partnership vision from inception to launch, setting and delivering on KPIs/project goals for brand, business, and guest
Lead, influence, and drive large cross functional teams, leaders, and agencies through the entirety of the project to deliver cohesive and best in class Guest experience
Lead relationship owner of external design partner, building a trusted relationship, guiding through each phase of work, from product development through marketing launch, navigating both partner and Target needs, desired outcomes, and perspectives
Develop and lead brand and marketing strategy, including brief writing, identity creation, ownership and investment of marketing budget, orchestrating an innovative and considered media and marketing plan in collaboration with channel experts and agencies, and recapping
Partner closely with Project Manager on deliverables, timing, and details at each phase to establish how, when and who will be required to move the work forward
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related work experience: marketing, external partnership management, and/or large-scale project leadership and management
Proven ability to lead and rally internal cross functional teams and external partners in matrixed organization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships through challenges
Experience creating and leading strategies from idea to implementation, influencing at multiple levels to achieve results
Passion for innovation and creating solutions under ambiguous circumstances to reach goals
Self-starter with curiosity that thrives in time sensitive, fast-paced environments
Cultivates calm and clarity through periods of uncertainty and change, solving challenges with little direction and leading others through change
