The pay range is $144,400.00 – $259,900.00

Roundel’s Product Team is responsible for building the technology that supports the growing business. They are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable.
The Director of Product Ops will lead the Product Ops function, setting the strategic direction for Roundel’s Product Ops across all teams. This role involves overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring strategic alignment with broader objectives, enhancing enterprise partnerships, and streamlining operations. The director will be accountable for achieving business outcomes and metrics, managing the product’s budget and financials, and setting short- and long-term product goals, including quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. You will be responsible for elevating your collective team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution-related barriers for your teams.
It will be critical that you possess an understanding of retail, AdTech, or similar areas, relevant technologies, and design principles to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple areas within Roundel.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, with a strong focus on AdTech products preferred
Proven track record in technology with a demonstrated ability to bridge communication between business and tech teams
Strong communication skills with a history of influencing strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across functions
Expert at working in the agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to planning, setting OKRs, and achieving measurable business outcomes
Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as “Flex for Your Day”) work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
