Target Infrastructure & Operations is the digital root system of Target Technology Services. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for End-to-End Life Cycle of IT Assets i.e., from acquisition through final disposition.
Installation and maintenance of server/network hardware in partnership with engineering teams
Provide on-call/onsite support during critical incidents
Partner with vendors on server/network hardware repair and part replacements
Responsible to support Video conference hardware
Responsible for shipping laptops and other IT equipment to Team Member’s residence
Responsible to support large Virtual or in-person events
Partner with legal, compliance and external counsels on matters related to IT compliance
Responsible for printers and printing services
Manage IT Infrastructure Build Outs in real estate expansions
Effectively coordinate, collaborate and participate in project related meeting with partner teams
Adhere to and advocate for Target’s Information Security Policies and Best Practices
Drive continuous improvement with the development of new standards, best practices, and process improvements
About You
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
7-9 years relevant experience
Excellent understanding of Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, load balancers etc
Good knowledge of Server hardware
In-depth knowledge on asset management tools and practices
Proven troubleshooting ability with Apple and Windows operating systems
Experience on video conferencing equipment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Should be able to independently collaborate with partner teams and manage stakeholders effectively
Strong problem solving capabilities and analytical skills
Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; a fast learner, self-starter and highly passionate and motivated individual
Ability to multi-task
Comfort with ambiguity
