Senior
Manager, Data Analytics – Reporting
role will drive data transparency on the growth and development of WMC through expedited extraction of insights. In partnership with our Insights team, this role will play a crucial role, leading our efforts to drive faster data-driven decision-making via visualization tools, and serve as the data analytics authority to Directors on high-visibility projects, and reports into centralized Business Analysis team within Business Operations and report directly to the Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the creation and implementation of data visualization tools for the Insight team and other teams
Evaluate and enhance current data reporting methods for improved efficiency – Collaborate with data engineers to track ad success metrics and improve data model quality
You will use advanced SQL skills to manage data and conduct deep analyses
·Use PowerBI and Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports, and ensure team agreement
Foster a data-driven culture through training and advocacy for data in decision-making
Deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Qualifications:
Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 2:
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Previous data analytics experience and familiarity with complex data sets is preferred, along with ability to interpret and manipulate data to identify patterns. Media & Advertising, eCommerce, CPG/retail background a plus.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) is a must, additional experience with Python is a plus. Expert of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively convey complex data insights to a non-technical audience, align business requirements, manage prioritization, and meet deadlines, etc.
Possesses strong critical thinking skills, business acumen, and strong attentiveness to details with the ability to quickly identify and or correct irregularities.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
