Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
– Develop and implement automation strategies and initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
– Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects based on business needs.
– Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the viability of automation projects.
– Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
– Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
– Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
– Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology and provide recommendations for new tools and techniques.
– Oversee program financial budgets and allocations.
-Track and report program KPIs and program performance.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in leading and managing automation projects, preferably in a large-scale organization.
– Strong knowledge of automation tools and software, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
– Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
– Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
