Our Team
As a part of the Walmart E2E Supply Chain Product organization, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the grocery supply chain. The Grocery Product team supports the growing needs of the grocery distribution network by enabling innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies, improve associate friendliness, and support the grocery distribution centers to supply Walmart Stores and Sam’s Clubs with the groceries our customers expect.
This is an onsite position based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants at this time.
What you’ll do…
The Grocery Product Team designs and oversees the development of Walmart’s proprietary warehouse management system (WMS) and strategic partner products, which is used by our Supply Chain associates to receive, store, and ship grocery merchandise.
Developing and enhancing products
– you will develop and manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, analyze customer and product data and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
Defining vision and strategies
for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
Building collaborative relationships
with key stakeholders, including executives, by driving alignment on business OKRs, prioritization framework and product roadmap.
Managing execution and rollout
– Defining product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.
Being hands-on
in analyzing data sets and recommending solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the Transactability platform.
Communicating
the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
4 years’ experience in project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related fields and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
