The Manager for Delivery Experience for On-demand Delivery is a critical role that leverages one’s natural curiosity and inventive problem-solving talents to pursue some of the biggest opportunities at Walmart. In this role you will drive strategic initiatives end to end, from root cause analysis to ideation and implementation. You will partner with cross-functional leads (business, product, legal, engineering) to drive additional value to our customers and support our bottom line while we rapidly scale and expand.
On-demand Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their homes. We want our customers to have every option available to shop for their needs wherever, whenever, and however they want to.

You’ll make an impact by

•    Coupling analytics, strategy, and implementation to pursue opportunities that enable an even better customer experience.
•    Leading high visibility, cross-functional strategic initiatives with ease
•    Designing and build new operational processes to address business issues.
•    Building and managing relationships with key partners that power the business forward.
•    Overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyzing business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
•    Communicating results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within the team.
•    Promoting team culture by engaging in activities that support company values, culture,
•    diversity, learning and development.
What you will need:
•    Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
•    Strong ability to strategize and execute.
•    Strong ability to plan and execute numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Strong Excel skills, ability to build frameworks involving multiple data sources.
Qualifications:
•    3 – 6 years of experience in areas of business strategy, management consulting at a top-tier firm, or the like
•    3+ years of experience in a position executing operational process in excel or any data analytics tools.
•    Experience with data tools: Tableau, SQL
•    Strong quantitative skills and a penchant for analytics
•    MBA or similar master’s degree (but not required)

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
