Walmart is hiring for a
Senior Analyst
on the Workforce Strategy and Planning team!
This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in data analytics.  If you have a background in workforce planning with a focus on data analytics, and you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you.  You will play a critical role on our team, working across various Walmart business segments to help forecast short-term and long-term talent needs!
You’ll make an impact by:
Contributing to the development and refinement of workforce planning models by collaborating with senior team members to create and enhance Excel-based workforce planning, forecasting, and optimization models and assisting in integrating these models into broader workforce planning tools and dashboards.
Supporting organizational design initiatives by gathering and analyzing internal and external data and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Assisting in the development of workforce strategies and plans by partnering with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, validate workforce strategies, and align plans with enterprise objectives.
Helping to evaluate initiatives for return on investment and potential outcomes and working on improving the accuracy of workforce forecasting for the annual operating plan.
Building and leveraging internal and external partnerships including working with team members to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Driving innovation within our team while ensuring data accuracy and scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
