customer insights and analytics
that drive
action.
This position involves a blend of strategic leadership, deep product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering actionable insights that create value for customers.

seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
What
you’ll
do:
Develop and communicate
a clear vision
and long-term strategy for the customer insights and analytics products, ensuring they align with both customer needs and broader company goals.
Lead the creation of a strategic roadmap that prioritizes the most impactful customer
insights
features (e.g., advanced reporting, data visualizations, predictive analytics, AI-driven recommendations).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand pain points and opportunities for differentiated value in the analytics space.
Ensure that the product vision addresses both existing customer needs and future trends (e.g., machine learning, AI-driven insights, real-time analytics).
E
nsure the analytics and insights products are built with a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring that the insights delivered are actionable, meaningful, and drive business value for customers.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their key challenges around data, reporting, and decision-making processes.
Translate customer needs into product features that drive actionable insights (e.g., advanced filtering, cohort analysis, sentiment analysis, data aggregation).
Lead user
persona
development and define key use cases for insights-driven products to ensure that features meet the varying needs of different customer segments (e.g., executives, data scientists, marketers).
Partner
effectively
with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to ensure the product is technically
feasible
,
intuitive
, and aligns with customer requirements.
Work with sales and
account management
teams to gather feedback from customers and ensure they are equipped to support customers in deriving value from the
insights
tools.
Deliver
products that
provide actionable, business-critical insights, enabling
users
to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Build products that scale with customer growth
and diversity of users.
Ensure that
users
are successfully adopting and deriving value from
these products, leading to improved satisfaction and retention.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00-$384,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00-$416,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00









Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications…

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
