What you’ll do…
The Sr Manager of Global Logistics is a cross functional role that encompasses working with teams across the globe to move cargo into the US for Walmart, Sam’s and Ecommerce. This role specializes in working with our Origin and Event teams to ensure a successful execution of our Peak Season as well as creating consistency throughout the supply chain. This exciting opportunity will expose you to the international aspects of supply chain and how first mile transportation plays an integral role in delivering to customers. This role is unique by truly engaging with a variety of teams work cross functionally such as 3PLs, Ocean Carriers, Air Carriers, Merchandising, DCs and Inventory Management. The role is located at Walmart Headquarters in Bentonville Arkansas and reports to the Director of Global Logistics.

You have international logistics and supply chain background specializing in Origin Management, Ocean, or Air Freight
You have history in driving performance through data intelligence and relationship management
You excel in bringing teams together and drive success through cross functional engagement
You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and can easily shift priorities when needs arise
You are eager to lead the industry with the backing of the largest importer in the US

Driving End to End synergies and process improvements
Managing 160 different origin ports to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout all programs and countries

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications…

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
