About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager on the New Propositions team, you’ll be responsible for generating insights, bringing new tech products and features to market, and driving engagement across our product suite, which includes Augmented Reality, Generative AI assistance, and Replenishment. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to build best-in-class digital experiences for our customers, including a robust test and learn strategy in-app and in marketing channels to drive product adoption and ongoing engagement.
What You’ll Accomplish
Develop & execute GTM strategy for new feature releases, including launch plan and positioning
Utilize behavioral insights to develop hypothesis-driven experiments and execute a rigorous testing agenda that can scale into high-impact programs
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research to meet ambitious engagement targets
Generate strategic insights in partnership with Product, Research, and Analytics to inform roadmap, leveraging user behavioral insights and competitive analysis to establish product market fit
Create a customer-centric team culture that powers every decision we make

You’ve got a strong sense of curiosity and are eager to problem solve and look around corners
You have a track record of strong communication to stakeholders at all levels
You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; OR 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
4+ years marketing experience.
3+ years’ experience in B2C product marketing.
Experience in consumer technology products (early-stage preferred).
Experience working closely with tech organizations (I.e., Product, Engineering, Analytics).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
This is a full-time role based in Bentonville, Arkansas, in-office 5 days per week.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
