What you’ll do…
The
Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics – Testing and Monitoring
coordinates and completes job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities…
Perform and assist in the planning and management of audits/reviews/walkthroughs related to Anti-Corruption, Ethics and/or Compliance subject matters.
Communicate the results of audits/reviews.
Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.
Drive efficiencies in the audit/review process.
Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.
Identify process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Preferred skills…
2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
International experience
Spanish or Mandarin language or fluency in addition to English language fluency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
