Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
As a Senior Director, Product Management you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the entire Supply Chain and Transportation Product Stack that will be used by Sam’s club business stakeholders.

The Sam’s Club Supply Chain and Transportation Product Team consists of associates with operations, consulting, business, product, and technical backgrounds; all driven by the same product mindset. Together, we innovate and drive the future of retail by anticipating the needs of our members— often even before they know what they want themselves. We are a nimble group with an assorted background yet guided by the same north star, to delight and provide superior member experience irrespective of the shopping channel.
What you’ll do:
Develop and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
Build relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
Lead a team of 3 Directors, and 17 product managers who will develop solutions to change and advance our replenishment systems.
Own the entire product lifecycle including discovery, analysis, test and learn goals, MVPs, user stories, sprint execution, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as other product managers, engineers, and operations across multiple offices and time zones.
Apply structured thinking to your problems in the form of journey mapping, value stream mapping, domain-driven design, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping.
Create “Go-to market” strategy, driving product adoption, conducting product demonstrations for executive leadership, evaluating product success and managing feedback process
Mentor, coach and motivate a team of diverse product leaders and product managers.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
