Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for accurate and timely development of manual and automated testing and/or supporting operational and administrative activities related to the end to end test development process. Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities they build address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing their activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation.Role OverviewGRA and EIT are seeking CFO Risk & Data Quality Testing Lead to join our team to support Global Compliance Operational Risk (GCOR) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) group testing portfolio. This role is integral to the Bank’s commitment to process excellence and the candidate will conduct activities that support all aspects of the end-to-end testing lifecycle. GRA and EIT develop and execute tests to evaluate the effectiveness of Bank of America’s processes and controls, and adherence to applicable Laws/Rules/Regulations, policies, and procedures. The processes to be assessed are in areas that span across Products (e.g., card, mortgage, markets), Regulations (e.g., Reg W, Dodd Frank), and Enterprise Processes (e.g., Payments, Complaints). The outputs of the tests are used by the Bank to drive process improvements and timely detection and reporting of errors.We are seeking candidates with expertise in process and operational excellence, but this does not need to necessarily be in a Financial Institution and could be in manufacturing, logistics, etc. Candidates should also possess subject matter expertise in Finance processes and financial regulatory reporting.The GRA and EIT are seeking Data Quality Testing Lead works closely with Global Compliance Operational Risk (GCOR), teammates in EIT and GRA as well as process owners in the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to obtain an understanding of processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls, and to identify risks to successful execution, so that appropriate testing and monitoring can be developed.The role requires critical thinking and willingness to dig into the details of both existing and new methodologies to ensure they are fit for purpose.
