Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:Monitor trading system for trade rejects, research and resolve in a timely mannerContact external brokers/dealers to resolve trade settlement issuesMonitor systematic alerts from trading systems, research and resolveRequest coding for newly traded secondary securities where neededBook all manual street side and Client facing trades executed by the deskRequests account/account prefix creations or modifications in back end trading systems where requiredAssist retail traders with trade error resolutionProvide desk phone support as neededRequired Skills:A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in financial servicesFinancial product, sales or trading desk support experienceStrong MicrosoftExcel skillsKnowledge of fixed income and the fixed income trading lifecycleAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentDetail oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills​Desired skills:Experience resolving trading breaksAn aptitude for problem solvingKnowledge of trades processing systems such as TRAQCS and TDEExperience with Bloomberg terminal​Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS – NY – New York – ONE BRYANT PARK – BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$24.00 – $37.50 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Predictable payThis role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.BenefitsThis role is currently benefits eligible.
