The hired candidate will have the opportunity to explore software development and data infrastructure on the strategic GRA Core platform (GCP). The hired candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with GRA and Technology teams, leverage software engineering and model development skills, and gain expertise on how meet business and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong technical acumen, encompassing data analysis, computer programming, organization, good verbal and written communication, and software design capabilities. You will be at the forefront of Python and PySpark software development, and interface with Hadoop, HIVE and Exadata for model data input and output integration.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves adhering to software standards and controls established by the model development team for model implementation, along with developing model execution code and operational functionalities that support models in production, including GRA Core Platform (GCP) workflows. In addition, the role will entail Python implementation of new and existing models, analytic processes, or system approaches. This role will also be instrumental in constructing a strategic model infrastructure using Python and PySpark, preparing code documentation, and collaborating with technology teams to deploy code in production. The role requires strong quantitative and computer programming skills (specifically in Python), and the capability of understanding and contributing to software design and GRA code control standards.Requirements6-8 years’ experience preferred.Basic understanding of Credit RiskBachelor Degree in computer science, statistics, operations research, economics, finance, physics or mathematicsExperience with SQL, PythonExperience in programming, data analysis, with strong research and analytical skillsStrong experience in python programmingStrong attention to detail and exercises quality control over own work.Education:B.E. / B.
