Join us!Job Description:Your backgroundUniversity degree with preference in Finance7-10 years with Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facility Agent businessSolid knowledge and understanding of credit products and syndication process and governing documents including complex agreements.Knowledge Loan IQ would be advantageous.Ability to critically think and possess a healthy skepticism.Good team player who works accurately and independently who takes ownership for driving results with a high level of initiative.Able to support in Hong Kong BusinessStrong written and verbal communication skills at all levels and across all disciplinesWhat you can expectAct as primary contact/coordinator for internal and external business partner and issuer requests and inquiries related to complex and sensitive syndicated or club credit facilities for which Bank of America acts as Administrative Agent. Has advanced knowledge of credit products and syndication process and governing documents, including highly complex unsecured/secured credits and troubled deals. Reviews and comments on loan agreement drafts for clarity, agency issues, and operational feasibility to ensure that final documents are workable for all parties; closes new deals, amendments, waivers, and consents.What you will doReviewing Term Sheet and provide Fee quotation from Agency Fee Model.Reviewing loan documentation from an operation perspective.Coordinating with internal stakeholder on the closing process including initial drawdown, fees, and conditions precedent etc.Coordinating with external counsel and advisers on various loan agency matters.Handle waivers/amendments.Coordinate on the first drawdown with Client Service Team. Provide a deal briefing and prepare loan summary.Follow up financial undertaking during the loan cycle.
