Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
Will report to and support the VP People for Club Support with administrative needs to include team meetings, calendar, travel, expenses, reporting, meeting collateral prep, etc. Will be integral in helping to create structure and cadences to facilitate delivery against priorities and foster collaboration across cross-functional partners.
In addition to supporting the VP of People, will provide support and guidance across the Club Support areas by researching and answering associate questions regarding general People inquiries (for example, leave of absence, vacation, personal time off); tracking, updating, and coordinating reports related to People functions; and managing and coordinating distribution of People reference materials.
Ensures consistent execution of People strategies, practices, systems, and personnel-related activities by supporting People Partners in strategy development; auditing People practices; analyzing and interpreting reports (for example, turnover, associate engagement survey (AES), human capital plans) and trends to provide recommendations for new and existing programs; creating action plans to address compliance matters; conducting analyses and investigations to summarize and communicate trends; developing methodology and process training programs to deliver to management; and providing advice and guidance for managers.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and company policies and procedures by keeping current on laws and regulations related to general People practices and regulations, including licensure and certifications; implementing action plans to improve performance; and directing management teams in ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
Manages the execution of small projects for area of responsibility by working with the project team to develop project plans to achieve project goals and business objectives; developing and adjusting timelines, tasks, and resource allocation; partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams to accomplish project objectives and timelines; prioritizing and managing project work streams and the resolution of critical issues; monitoring progress
versus plan; managing stakeholder expectations; and developing implementation materials. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
