What you’ll do…
In this impactful role, you’ll be an influential tech strategy & operational partner for 2 of USOPT’s high growth & visibility tech organizations. You’ll focus on delivering best-in-class operations in partnership with L4/L5 leadership teams, with responsibility for resource management, goal setting/scoring, and strategic projects & initiatives.

Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you’ll do:
Lead best-in-class resource management (HC, contracts, T&M) for 2 USOPT orgs: Includes review & approval cadences, data-driven reporting and decision-making, and ongoing improvement through new organization-wide processes, tools, and ways of working
Own a portfolio of impactful business operations programs: OKR setting/scoring, KPI/Metric reporting, Town Halls.
Contribute to strategic projects & Insights: Translate tech & partner requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects and align them to business strategy and objectives and drive the execution of deliverables.
What you’ll bring:
Understanding of KPI/OKR development and assessment techniques, experience with metric development, intermediate analytics and reporting, and data-driven decision making
Competency with program management techniques
including leading
cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings to
review progress,
health, issues/risks, and key dependencies. Take appropriate measures when required to bring program on track in case of adversity.
Understanding of technology
strategy; understanding
of existing and upcoming systems, technologies and trends

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock


Minimum Qualifications…
