Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
Drives online grocery, pick-up, site to store, and delivery operations by ensuring the region is aligned on strategy and execution; using marketresearch, data, customer trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, customer satisfaction scores, wait times, sales, productivity,quality) to provide feedback and action plans to operators where performance needs improvement; ensuring execution of marketing strategy to growcustomer adoption of digital products; leveraging customer feedback to ensure digital services perform as needed for customers (for example,providing accurate freshness of products picked for customer orders, minimizing partial order fulfillment, ensuring positive interactions betweenassociate and customers); delivering clear expectations to associates in region for program strategy.Ensures that the Digital Operation Leads are leading markets through key digital products and initiatives; monitoring KPIs to address problems in thedigital space; measuring outcomes against business objectives to provide improvement plans when needed; addressing performance opportunitieswith the Digital Operations Leads; managing the launch of new geographical markets.Develops strategy to improve sales; reviewing and providing feedback to stores on Store of the Community surveys to ensure accuracy; serving as aresource in the region for stores to coordinate additional inventory flow for events that are outside of normal replenishment cycles; communicatingmerchandise quality concerns to general merchandise, food, and home office supply chain leadership.Drives the execution of weekly corporate merchandising strategy in assigned region by utilizing Merchandising Messages; providing action items foroperations to complete and follow up with stores that are not completing action items; building process improvement plans with operators in need ofperformance improvement; oversees the delivery of seasonal sell-through according to plan.Monitors and ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for all areas of responsibility by implementing andmonitoring compliance controls, quality assurance routines, actions plans, and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs andstrategic initiatives.Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementingbusiness strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supportingresource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvementopportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting,selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new andexisting talent.Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into allprograms and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leadingkey community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriatebusiness plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications…
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
5 years’ experience supervising Management Associates OR 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager OR 5 years supervising managers who have
profit-and-loss responsibility and make employment decisions.
Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
