What you’ll do…
What you’ll Do:
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by developing guidelines, specifications, integration standards, and processes for the digital enablement of General Merchandise equipment
Facilitate collaboration between General Merchandise equipment manufacturers, controls vendors, and engineering consultants to define and validate interoperability and IOT requirements
Manage internal relationships with Walmart stakeholders to drive advanced analytics of equipment telemetry data, develop business rules, and create condition-based monitoring.
Drive design guidance for control architecture and topology, emphasizing software solutions and wireless and ethernet enabled hardware
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
You have experience in leading supermarket General Merchandise Data Acquisition strategies and implementation
You are knowledgeable in commercial deli, commercial kitchen, and hot case operations
You are knowledgeable in over head doors, automatic sliding doors, and other entry ways into commercial buildings
You have familiarity with other common equipment within commercial buildings and grocery buildings
You have an understanding of data normalization and topology schemes
You possess strong project management skills with the ability drive solutions and deliver objectives
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You are data driven, detail oriented, and have the ability to identify opportunities and build business cases through data trend analysis whereby following through with the creation of positive change and measuring outcomes to prove success or failure.
You’re able to drive the execution of multiple complex projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
