The Sales Process and Tools team is seeking an experienced Process Design Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business operational procedures for the AWS sales team across the globe. This role will work closely with sales leadership, operations teams, internal Salesforce (CRM) team and other stakeholders to analyze current seller workflow, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.Key job responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, leveraging project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)- Utilize Excel and SQL to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership- Create process maps, documentation, and training materials for new/updated processes- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact- Manage multiple process design projects simultaneously and report on progress to leadershipAbout the teamThe Sales Process and Tools is part of the Worldwide Field Enablement organization, focusing on building a unified learning and enablement experience.
