Amazon’s Softlines Private Brands (SPB) team is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Sr. Product Developer that will be responsible for creating the product roadmap/line plan for key growth categories and for scalably reducing commercialization time.The ideal candidate should be passionate about product and have strong analytical, product development and project management skills. They should feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity, driving stakeholder engagement, and working in an entrepreneurial environment. This Sr. Product Developer should be able to collaborate with and influence multiple (global) teams across the APB organization. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for using data to surprise and delight customers, this opportunity is for you.This role interacts with the design, business management, in-stock management, sourcing and tech teams across Amazon Private Brands.Key job responsibilities* Conduct thorough analysis of customer signals and product performance to inform product roadmap for key growth categories.* Own selection identification, feature set, business requirements and prioritization for forward looking line plan.* Collaborate with and manage a diverse stakeholder base across Design, Product Development, Business Management, In Stock Management, Marketing and other Amazon teams.* Successfully navigate through ambiguity, applying strong problem solving skills to stand up new processes that unlock speed.* Identify and mitigate process/system defects and potential delays to launch, deep diving root causes and developing solutions.* Partner with product families outside of Softlines to drive development synergies.* Help to drive the definition and documentation of future-state processes.* Manage prioritization of and trade-offs between speed to market, business performance, and product features.*Own successful commercialization of customer-loved Amazon branded product.
