As a member of the
Spark
Driver Acquisition Marketing
team,
you’ll
use an innovative and analytical mindset
to
review campaign performance,
assist
in
determining
the media mix and channel segmentation, as well as unearth insights that can help
optimize
and improve campaigns
.
Using available data and platforms, y
ou will
research relevant and
identify
insights
that will help steer our marketing strategies
. You will conduct data analytics and work cross-functionally with key partners.

This is an onsite role based in
Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote
candidates at this time.
What
you’ll
do…
Deploy zero emissions technologies and infrastructure, build business cases, track
performance, and provide recommendations to improve the technology
Work
cross
–
functionally with
key partners in
acquisition,
operations, and
driver research teams
.
Examine
data analytics and
partner with teams to
build dashboards to track
campaign
performance
.
Develop
presentations
, reports, and dashboards
to communicate results to key stakeholders and
leaders
.
Grow
and influence
high-visibility key relationships with both internal and external
stakeholders
.
You’ll
sweep us off our feet if…
You’re
an analyst
with an
understanding of digital marketing best practices and channels,
and
an enthusiasm for innovations in eCommerce and Last Mile Delivery.
You have hands-on
analytical
experience and are adept at sourcing and
manipulating data
to support your recommendations
.
You have 2+ years of
marketing / analytical
experience
.
You have data analytics background (SQL, Tableau,
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
)
You have a background in
marketing or eCommerce.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
