Provide information, or facilitate partners’ ability to obtain information, about benefits, compensation, training, and other Partner Resources programs, and services.Drive& Deliver– Focus obsessively on the partner experience to implement Partner Resources strategic plans, tactics, and projects. Integrate company-wide Partner Resources strategic plans, projects, and objectives within client business units, departments, and regions to improve company culture.Influence– Provide consultation and support to Leaders on partner relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.Facilitate partner learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning, and career development through Starbucks’ Mission Statement and Core Values.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.We would love to hear from people with:Six or more years of human resources generalist or specialist experienceThree or more years of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and solutions.Three or more years of supervisory experienceThis role will be required to be based in Seattle, WA.As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
