The capabilities hosted include General Accounting & Reconciliations, Legal Entity Controllership, Corporate Controllership, Management Reporting & Analysis, Finance Systems Support, Operational Risk and Controls, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Sustainability Controller and Strategic initiativesJob Description*The Sustainable Finance Reporting team, a part of the Global Financial Control-Corporate Controller organization within the CFO Group, is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting on progress towards the enterprise’s $1.5 trillion Sustainable Finance goals. The team also helps monitor utilization against the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)-themed bonds issued by the enterprise. Rules and regulations are evolving significantly in the global ESG space, so this area is expected to increase its responsibilities. As of today, the primary duties for this role are to ensure accuracy and timeliness in relevant data sourcing, reporting, documentation, and controls.Responsibilities*Perform quarterly and annual data compilation and reporting.Provide analysis and commentary to facilitate reviews and challenges to adherence to the ESG Taxonomy and Bond Reporting requirements.Work closely with internal and external audit teams.Provide data and analysis for Sustainable Finance documentation for any regulatory and internal queries.Assist stakeholders in enhancing reporting and data analysis.Assist in designing process controls, identification, and implementation of process improvements.Requirements*Education*CA, CPA, MBA FinanceCertifications If Any NAExperience Range*Minimum 11-17 years in finance and accountingFoundational skills*Controllership background with high attention to detailExperience with rules based and regulatory reporting requirements.Excellent spreadsheet skills.Knowledge of bank’s lines of business, lending and investing portfoliosSelf-driven, curious to learn, assimilate and able to draw conclusions.Ability to navigate through change as the ESG regulations evolve.Confident interactions and presentations over email, phone, video conference and in personOrganized, ability to prioritize demands from multiple stakeholders, diligent documentation of discussions and learnings.Team playerDesired skillsEmerging Technologies including Alteryx, Power query and TableauWork Timings*Window 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (9 hours shift, may require stretch during critical periods)Every quarter, out of 12 weeks:6 Weeks will be 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (9 hours shift, may require stretch during critical periods)Remaining 6 Weeks will be 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (9 hours shift, may require stretch during critical periods)Job Location*Gurugram
