Job Description:Candidate will be a part of the Global Markets Business Governance Team within the GM COOorganization supportingGlobal Markets Third Party Governance focused on Financial Market Utilities, Partner Banks, and Third-Party Data. In this capacity, the candidate will work closely with the Enterprise Third Party Program, the Enterprise Data Management Program, Global Markets Sales & Trading, Compliance, Legal, Audit and numerous other support partners.The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience working on complex initiatives and developing control-oriented, businessprocesses related to Third-Party Risk Management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing activities related to Financial Market Utilities and Partner Banks, including day to day activities, metrics monitoring, and governance routines.Establish new framework for the governance and monitoring of Third-Party Data risks in line with new enterprise standards and requirementsSupport new requirements for external data transmission, including validating risk assessments, metrics monitoring, and oversight of all Global Markets data transmissions with external entitiesEstablishing new guidelines for the completion of Global Markets Third-Party Deal Risk AssessmentsPrepare executive summaries and presentations relating to Enterprise Third-Party and Enterprise Data initiativesCompetencies and RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in Third Party Risk ManagementMinimum 5 years experience assessing inherent risks of Financial Market UtilitiesIn depth understanding of Data ClassificationsProgram/project management experience with demonstrated ability to build project roadmaps, manage several key stakeholders and take ownership for deliveryDrive Global Markets Third Party Process ImprovementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointExcellent time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent activitiesMust be able to deliver results with limited direction and supervisionMust be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independentlyShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS – NY – New York – ONE BRYANT PARK – BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$175,000.00 – $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
