DESCRIPTION

Business & Product Operations (BPO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS.
BPO needs a creative, dynamic and results driven business intelligence professional who wants to build and create the data and metrics framework that will support Private Pricing globally. This role is a critical part of the team that is launching the latest services into the market and ensuring that our customers get to experience our full range of products first hand before they buy. This job requires a strong sense of ownership and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
– Strong collaboration with colleagues across the organization. Able to dive deep into a process and connect the dots with the bigger picture.
– Support stakeholders with data needs and provide data driven decision making
– Ability to develop metrics, data cleansing, and data collection.
– Deliver regular reporting with high quality and easily digestible.

About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
– Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users.
– Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Intermediate Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization Skills (such as Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Advanced written communication skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership.
– Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. – Proven project management ability that demonstrates organizational and problem solving skills that lead to a successful conclusion. -Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
– Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
– Auditing experience, including implementation and audit plan design.
– Results-oriented person with a delivery focus.
– Proven attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
– Proven ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
