You’ll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and expertly handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. In this position you will help us ensure the successful integration of DRAM memories with Apple’s SoC devices.
– Work with design, verification and integration engineers to ensure memory controller and PHY requirements are well defined and cover the scope of DRAM based corner cases
– Collaborate with DRAM GSM, EPM, System teams and vendors for Apple’s main mem
Hands-on experience in DRAM development.Knowledge of DRAM cell architecturesExposure in DRAM memory organization and periphery design for low DRAM powerExpertise in DRAM reliability.Knowledge of innovative packaging technology (POP, TSV, etc.) and their relationship to DRAM signal/power integrityPrevious experience in Failure Analysis of DRAM devicesExperience working with the major DRAM vendors. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
