RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage a team of skilled managers and engineers overseeing ongoing factory tests and product development, from prototypes to mass production.
– Define product calibration and test strategy to drive test line maturity through all system build phases. Anticipate risks and develop product protection solutions. Adopt a data-driven risk analysis approach.
– Showcase creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams in a fast-paced environment.
– Communicate product development and calibration/test maturity to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
– Embrace a dynamic, collaborative attitude, fostering a shared vision. Adapt to fast-paced environments, making quick decisions with limited information. Handle pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
– Manage and develop a distributed team, including hiring, mentoring, and providing performance guidance.
BS or MS in Electrical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Physical, Material Sciences, or a relevant engineering major or degree.10+ years of experience in engineering, with a demonstrated track record of strategic planning, execution, and control. 5+ years of experience in employee management and technical leadership.Excellent understanding of hardware and software architecture and the interoperability of complex systems. Fundamental electrical engineering knowledge is a prerequisite.Experience leading technical projects and a leadership background in technology.Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, drive, attention to detail.
