As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work with Apple’s engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and introduce Apple products to the world. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.
You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who support teams advising Apple’s service/customer support, engineering, operations, marketing and social media teams on a wide range of issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups and cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on global product support and service strategies. You will draft, review, and manage product warranties, service-related agreements, and advise on service policies. You’ll help coordinate, strategize and draft responses to regulatory agency inquiries and investigations. You will review and provide guidance to Apple’s social media and marketing teams on consumer-facing communications. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies. You will play an important role in supporting our service organization in providing award winning technical support and product service to customers around the world who enjoy Apple products.
4+ years of experience with general transactional, regulatory, or litigation mattersJD degree or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
