3-5 years of experience in display hardware development, validation, and research. Proven track record in product development of any LCD, OLED, uOLED, or uLED display systems from concept to mass productionExpertise with deep understanding of optics, image processing, and display technologies such as TFT, LED, and OLEDExperience in mass production of consumer display modules/systems and managing domestic and international vendorsStrong working knowledge of display related calibration and metrology methods
