We seek an individual experienced in technical product management to drive customer-facing initiatives of our AppleCare Product Operations team. You’ll need to be organized and proactive to the challenges of a fast paced environment with ability to handle ambiguity and build structure. You will work on developing and defining new service offerings, and ways to bring them to market in a way that is distinctly Apple. You will be responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation and performance measurement of your programs. You will closely work with engineers, data scientists, financial analysts to find opportunities, develop them into cases, and pitch them to executives. Once approved, you will work with project managers, designers and software architects to bring those concepts to market. You will focus on innovating the AppleCare product line through the development of new features and the creation of outstanding customer experiences. In partnership with experts from functional areas across Apple, your key responsibilities are to deliver:
