As part of the Clinical Team, Apple is looking for an individual who will partner with team members across the company to develop health products. You must have experience in the creation of content for consumers and patients, and be proficient in a broad range of medical topics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build innovative, consumer-focused features, is effective at driving detailed deliverables on time, is comfortable working closely with multi-functional teams, engages in open discussion and debate well, and is not shy from a challenge.

Candidates must possess broad and deep subject matter expertise in general medicine and lifestyle behaviors. Candidates must have expertise in writing patient or user-facing health content and be comfortable in working across different content mediums. Responsibilities include:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scientifically grounded health content for consumers
• Understand what health information consumers are interested in learning about
• Stay up to date with the scientific literature and expert opinion on a variety of health and lifestyle topics and engage with internal and external authorities, as needed to deliver the content
• Build content outlines that identify the scientific topics to be covered
• Proofread and edit content to ensure scientific accuracy while maintaining Apple tone and voice
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content production teams on execution of content
• Communicate and cultivate relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
• Anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks

MD or DOBoard certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
