The Apple Pay Marketing team is looking for a marketing manager to develop and deliver innovative consumer programs, with an emphasis on educating users. You will join our mission to create incredible customer experiences that inform, instruct, and engage Apple Pay users.

You will have a digital mentality yet be confident working across other channels, including in store and out of home environments. Your abilities should include development of customer experiences and content that educates and instructs users.

Drive cross-functional programs working with both internal and external partners and project teams
Develop educational marketing content that helps create confident users
Manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery
Lead day-to-day relationships with agencies, internal collaborators, and key external partners
Lead all project deliverables including agendas, project plans, status updates, agency reviews, budgets, and partner communications
Measure and capture results to understand key findings and gain insight

Experience in leading integrated, multi-channel, consumer marketing programsExperience delivering content and programs that provide instruction: such as onboarding, tutorials, tips, and “how-to’s”Mobile and social marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation: BS/BA degree
