DESCRIPTION

The AGI information organization is responsible to make the world’s information accessible for AI models and customers everywhere. The Information Experience Technology (IXT) organization within AGI Information is responsible for defining and delivering engaging, natural conversational experiences, with easy-to-understand and content rich information that is relevant to every customer and optimized for every modality. As a software development engineer in this team, you will help us to deliver on our mission to enable best in class conversational and proactive experiences that adapt to the diverse type of needs our customers have.

Key job responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Development:
– Design and build scalable, reliable services for delivering visuals for LLM (Large Language model) applications.

2. Visual Experiences:
– Build visual experiences that can be integrated into AI responses, enhancing user experience.

3. Code Quality:
– Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

4. Performance Optimization:
– Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

5. Troubleshooting:
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues, participating in on-call rotations for support.

6. Continuous Improvement:
– Stay updated with industry trends and proactively improve systems and processes.

7. Collaboration:
– Work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

8. Documentation:
– Maintain comprehensive documentation for features, code, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
– 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
– Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
