The Growth Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. It is responsible for developing and executing day-to-day operational workflows and messaging, and it partners cross-functionally with various teams, including growth marketing, product, engineering, and the business, to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately driving awareness of and engagement with Apple products and services.

Responsibilities for Growth Operations roles include:

– Partnering with others to develop, test, and deploy customer journeys.

– Assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.

– Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders and partners on complex global projects to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned.

– Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance for operational integrity.

– Identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.

Depending on the role, minimum qualifications may include;Experience with CRM or ESP platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys, and understanding of audience targeting (ie SQL)Lifecycle marketing experience, including experience building and launching acquisition and engagement campaigns or new featuresQuality or UAT Testing experience
