Apple’s WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard methodologies to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at world-wide and regional levels. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive staffing management and optimization. In this role, you will demonstrate your deep expertise in product management and tech platform management to make specific recommendations for new technologies to drive impact across sales, marketing, people, and customer experience within the channel globally. You will partner cross-functionally and multi-directionally with a variety of partners to drive the product lifecycle forward from ideation to development to post-launch improvements. As new technologies emerge, your forward-thinking and influence will revolutionize how our channel teams use data to make decisions, using algorithmic insights and automatiougmentation of decisions with AI/ML technologies.
