The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing leader to develop and implement worldwide marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies that drive new customer interest and deepen engagement with our existing customers.
In this role you will create comprehensive marketing and programming strategies and campaign execution that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience.
Be the expert on customer engagement and marketing trends and innovations in the retail sector. Apply this knowledge to drive critical initiatives, to innovate and deliver impactful and relevant experiences. Provide cross-functional Retail leadership and teams with actionable insights and recommendations based on industry trends and business performance.
Ensure that strategies are effectively executed and aligned with business goals. Provide insights to produce successful campaigns, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency. Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations.
Use appropriate channels across Apple, including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple EDU, App Store and Apple Support, communications, digital marketing and PR to amplify and drive success for customer engagement and marketing initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments. Track record of aligning priorities, managing multiple work streams, and fostering collaboration across global teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and key partners. Advocate for necessary resources and support for customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
Lead by example in promoting inclusion and diversity within the team. Ensure these values are integrated into all programs and initiatives, and actively participate in diversity and inclusion communities.
20+ years in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment.15+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing worldwide marketing teams and at least 5+ including managers and senior level individual contributors.
