The Apple Retail Merchandising team inspires our customers to discover, learn about, and buy Apple products, services, and accessories through elevated product presentation and rich discovery experiences.

The Retail Merchandising – WW NPI & Campaign Readiness Lead is responsible for program management and communication of all store reset activities across hero products, accessories, services and campaign moments. Partnering closely with Apple Inc. Readiness, PMO, greater Merchandising team, and Geo-based teams (AMR, EMEA and APAC), this role ensures the global Merchandising strategy is aligned to Apple and Retail’s priorities.

The successful candidate will be a ‘stitcher’ across the Merchandising, Retail and Apple driving cross-functional alignment and flawless execution across all Merchandising deliverables in Retail stores.
-Develop and oversee operational plans for product launches and major store resets. Lead partnership and process improvement with cross-functional teams across Retail and Apple, Inc.
-Partner with Geo-based teams and Field Merchandising teams to incorporate global considerations and customer feedback into reset strategies.
-Communicate strategy on a regular basis to leadership and field organization.
-Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving implementation in stores, as well as cross-functional work streams.
-Identify and communicate key priorities and responsibilities to generate drive for results, teamwork and achieving business objectives. Communicate inspired team vision and purpose.
-Support overnight resets in stores, regular store visits and new store opening activity as needed.

7+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, program management or other related fieldsBachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related degrees preferred) or industry equivalent experience
