The Sales Finance team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated analyst. As part of this team, you will support Apple’s growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. We work closely with various business teams to deeply understand current and future commercial initiatives and then partner with data systems to ensure our finance teams are fully empowered to operate efficiently and make well informed decisions.

We are looking for a team-oriented professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the US Sales Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across business teams to find and execute on the highest value process opportunities. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets, generated from equally complex business processes, in order to drive efficiency. This position will work cross-functionally with Apple Sales, Finance and technical teams to:
– Deeply understand Apple’s relevant business activities, commercial interests and related processes
– Identify opportunities to automate internal manual processes to improve timeliness of execution and accuracy
– Partner with teams to identify ways to best use our data and technology infrastructure across teams and programs
– Drive prioritized projects and communicate progress on planned milestones to senior leadership
– Manage forecast and close cycles to ensure proper management of profit and loss statements

5+ years of financial/business/data analyst experienceBS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research)
