We are seeking an expert Business Development leader to join the Wallet, Payments & Commerce (WPC) Issuer Business Development and Partnerships team to structure partnerships and strategic alliances with issuers, payment processors and FinTech partners across the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including partner identification, business case development, partnership negotiation, signing and execution, go-to-market launch and continued partnership growth. You will guide complex, cross-functional projects and drive progress by diving into product details when needed.

Oversee complex partnerships setting strategy and driving value through collaboration.
Work with senior level collaborators internally and externally to advance initiatives in multiple markets, secure resources and provide ongoing communications.
Form business development frameworks and commercial models, define implementation paradigms, identify key players and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
Contribute to a strong team culture encouraging diverse thought and service to our internal and external partners.

8 years of professional experience with 5 years in business or market development at multiple companies in financial services segmentsDirect experience structuring partnership deals and negotiating technical terms across multiple partner types in the payment industrySelf-starter who works optimally in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completionStrong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally to evaluate and drive resolution on complex problems
